In 2015, the number of total completed housing (95,616 Units) decreased by 11.3 percent compared to 2014 (107,747 Units). Terrace houses recorded the highest number of completed
housing units that is 42,795 but decreased by 4.0 percent compared to 2014. Apartment / condominium recorded the second highest unit points but slightly decreased by 0.8 percent from 2014.
Only two types of completed housing unit dropped of by more than 50 percent in 2015. Flat units registered the highest decline in 2015 with 56.1 percent compared from 2014, and with Low Cost housing units registered the second highest decline in 2015 with 52.9 percent compared from 2014.
Only two types of completed housing unit increased in 2015. Cluster units registered the highest increase in 2015 with 37.7 percent compared from 2014. and with Town Houses units registered the second highest increase in 2015 with 13.0 percent compared from 2014.
